COVID-19 update

We are still seeing people and are working hard to follow government and NHS guidelines aimed at preventing the spread of Covid-19. This means that we will continue to mostly offer virtual appointments via video call or phone.

Our research has indicated that this treatment method is effective, and feedback from patients who have accessed the service during this period report that they were happy with this alternative to face-to-face treatment.

We continue to offer treatment in first language where possible, through our own staff or interpreters.

If you are happy to access the service using these methods, we are still accepting referrals and you can refer yourself here.

If you have no confidential space for your appointment or don’t have access to the right equipment for video calls, we do have some face to face appointments available. You can discuss this option with our colleagues during your first assessment.

Please continue to check this site for updates on how COVID-19 impacts our service.
